This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a DMCA notice and a counter-notification regarding content hosted on or accessible through our services.

Filing a DMCA Notice (Take-down Request)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content available on or through services provided by Chocolate Brownie Frosting, you may send a written DMCA notification to our designated Copyright Agent. For your notice to be effective, it must include substantially the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Chocolate Brownie Frosting to locate the material. Providing URLs is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. The complaining party's name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Please send your complete DMCA notice, with all required information, to the designated Copyright Agent for Chocolate Brownie Frosting. Failure to include all the above information may result in a delay or denial of your DMCA notice.
